Estimates
All estimates are based on photographs and information supplied by the customer.
Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate estimates, final pricing may be subject to change following physical inspection of the vehicle.
Additional damage not visible in photographs may affect repair costs.
Paintless Dent Removal (PDR)
Paintless Dent Removal is a specialist repair method designed to restore vehicle panels without the need for fillers or repainting.
The success of a repair depends on factors including dent size, location, severity, metal stretch, access, panel construction and previous repairs.
Dent Repair UK only undertakes repairs where we believe an excellent result can be achieved.
Whilst PDR is a non-invasive repair method, due to the nature of vehicle construction, paint systems and the damage being repaired, a completely risk-free repair cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
Paintwork & Glue Pulling
Whilst Paintless Dent Removal is intended to preserve the vehicle’s original finish, there are occasions where paint damage may occur during the repair process.
This risk may be increased where:
- The panel has previously been repaired or repainted.
- The damage is sharp, severe or heavily stretched.
- Glue pulling techniques are required.
- The paintwork has existing weaknesses, defects or contamination not visible prior to repair.
Customers acknowledge that even factory original paint can occasionally fail during the repair process, particularly when repairing sharp dents, stretched metal or where glue pulling methods are necessary.
Dent Repair UK will assess any visible risks prior to repair and discuss concerns where possible. However, Dent Repair UK cannot accept liability for paint damage, lacquer failure, paint lifting, cracking or other paint-related defects that occur due to pre-existing weaknesses, previous repairs or the inherent risks associated with Paintless Dent Removal techniques.
Mobile Repairs
Customers must provide a safe and suitable working area with adequate space, lighting and access to the vehicle.
Poor weather conditions may require appointments to be postponed or rearranged.
Additional travel charges may apply depending on location.
Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring a deposit.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dent Repair UK accepts payment via bank transfer, card or cash.
Liability
Dent Repair UK will exercise all reasonable care, skill and attention when carrying out repairs.
Liability shall be limited to the value of the repair service provided.
